Put on a tool belt and help build simple, decent houses throughthis ecumenical ministry. Each summer, St. Paul volunteers work alongsidefamilies who dream of owning a home – and do the work necessary to make thatdream a reality.
The Quad-Cities Habitat chapter has built nearly 100 homes,including those constructed with St. Paul funding and labor.
The house will be at 414 E. Sixth St., Davenport. SeveralSaturday and Wednesday evening dates are available to work with fellow St. Paulpeople. They are:
Saturdays: June 16, July 14, August 4. The morning shiftsare 8 a.m.-noon, the afternoon shifts from noon-4 p.m. Lunch is provided; helpis needed to provide lunch as well.
Wednesday evenings: June 20 and July 25, 5-8 p.m., help isneeded to provide dinner.
