Understanding Mental Health

The St. Paul Mental Health Awareness Team present three evening panels on Understanding Mental Health. Learn from mental health professionals about disorders, effective treatments, and available support. Panels are set for three spring dates:

  • Feb. 14 — Understanding children’s mental health
  • Apr. 24 — Understanding older adult mental health
  • May 22 — Understanding schizophrenia

In-Betweeners Dessert Night | Feb. 17, 7-9

The first event for this group of 40/50-somethings, come mingle with others over dessert in the Library Commons. Whether you are single or married, make new St. Paul connections.

Prime Time Bowling | Feb. 25, 3 p.m.

Join other 50/60-somethings (or so) at Leisure Lanes for an afternoon of bowling fun. End the day with a trip to Iowa Machine Shed for supper. Bowling will cost $2.50 per person per game and $1 for bowling shoes.
