On the St. Paul campus, the large brick house has been a home for individuals living with long-term mental illness. Residents live independently with supportive services provided. After many years, the house is getting a much-needed facelift.
The St. Paul Affordable Housing Team is hosting a workday on June 15, 8 a.m.-12 noon. Volunteers are needed to help spruce up the interior with the removal of wallpaper, carpet, kitchen cabinets, and other items, as well as outdoor landscaping. Sign up at stpaulqc.org/signups.
