Director of children’s and family ministries

St. Paul Lutheran Church seeks qualified candidates for the position of Director of Children’s and Family Ministries. The director of children’s and family ministries is a creative and relational leader who oversees faith formation for children from birth through grade 5. This role centers on building joyful, welcoming, and spiritually nurturing experiences that help children and their families grow in the love of Jesus. With a focus on Sunday learning, faith milestones, seasonal events, and parent engagement, the director inspires volunteers and equips families as partners in faith development. Strong communication, collaboration, and a deep love of children are essential for fostering meaningful relationships and a vibrant community.
