Kids Learning Leaders & Helpers

7th Grade Confirmation Retreat

Get to know other teens and dive into the Bible to learn about some major themes and how to use it as a resource for our lives of faith.


Family Dinner and Parenting Conversations

Second Tuesdays of the month, Sept. 9, Oct. 14, Nov. 11, & Dec. 9

Gather with other families for food, play, and conversation. Childcare provided.


Tee Time Golf Outing

Sunday, Sept. 21, 3 p.m.

Great conversation, friendly competition, and a chance to strengthen bonds while enjoying a beautiful day on the course.


Young Adults Fall Kickoff

Bring a dish and a chair and gather around a fire to celebrate friends and fall.


Conclave Film Screening

Foster by Claire Keegan is the 2025 All St. Paul Reads book. All St. Paul Reads is encouragement for the congregation to read and talk about a single book title in the same year.

NAMI Walk

Saturday, Oct. 4, 9:30 a.m., The Bend XPO

Lace up your sneakers and join the St. Paul crew who walk each year to encourage understanding, reduce stigma, and support programs for people affected by mental illness.


678 Goes to the Zoo

Saturday, Oct. 4, 1-3 p.m., Niabi Zoo, Coal Valley, IL

Whether you love the big cats, giraffes, or just enjoy hanging out with your youth group buddies, come for an afternoon of fun, friends, and fascinating animals.


Appalachia Fall Mission Trip

Saturday, Oct. 4-Saturday, Oct. 11

St. Paul volunteers regularly travel to rural central Appalachia to make homes safer, warmer, and drier for families who do not have many resources.


Golden Agers

St. Paul senior adults, 75 years and older, come together for the Golden Agers worship and luncheon.


Third Grade Milestone

Students and the adults who accompany them learn together about the written word of God.


Blood Donor Day

Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2-6 p.m., Fellowship Hall 

Give the gift of life. Blood donation is simple and takes about 45 minutes with conversation and refreshments afterward.


Walking the Grief Journey

Sundays, Oct. 26-Nov. 23, 10:15-11 a.m., Church House Living Room

A supportive, compassion-filled series for those who have experienced the recent loss of a loved one.


Trunk or Treat

Sunday, Oct. 26, 5-7 p.m., South Parking Lot

Gather for St. Paul’s spook-tacular family celebration! The night includes pizza and short worship service, followed by candy collecting and an epic parking lot dance extravaganza.


Neighborhood Cleanup

Saturday, Nov. 1, 10 a.m.-12 noon

St. Paul people gather to pick up trash and debris in the blocks surrounding the campus.


8th Grade Confirmation Retreat

Friday, Nov. 7-Saturday, Nov. 8

The fall confirmation retreat for eighth-graders is Nov. 7-8 and will take place at church and around the QCA.


Tenth Grade Milestone: Share. Save. Spend.

Sunday, Nov. 9, 10:15-11 a.m.

Families begin the conversation about money and examine our hopes and values.


Advent by Candlelight

Tuesday, Dec. 2, 6-8:30 p.m.

Enjoy holiday-themed tables, delicious desserts, carol singing, and an Advent meditation. All women of St. Paul and their guests are welcome.
