Blue Christmas set for Dec. 21

News | December 12, 2018

St. Paul Lutheran Church will offer its Blue Christmas worship on Friday, Dec. 21, at 6 p.m.

This service of hope is designed for anyone in the community who may not feel like celebrating. During the holidays, grief, illness, aging, depression, loneliness, unemployment, and loss can be magnified.

The Blue Christmas service acknowledges pain and longing, while offering hope and comfort for the broken-hearted. In the gathering darkness of December, anticipate the light of the world.
