Fall Start-up Weekend

News | September 7, 2022

Come, live the questions. Embrace a lifelong spirit of learning at St. Paul. Learning for all ages begins on Sunday, Sept. 11 at St. Paul, 10:15-11:00 a.m. There’s no need to register in advance. Just walk in with your cup of coffee and a spirit of inquiry.

KIDS
The classroom journey begins at age 3. Registration and weekly check-in will take place in Lower Commons for K-5th grade, and in preschool classrooms for 3 yo-PreK. Look for smiling folks to guide the way.

YOUTH
Sunday gatherings are offered each week for students in grades 6-8. Kids will develop a devotional pattern of asking questions, reading the Bible, and wondering and sharing about God. Most seventh- and eighth-graders also serve as acolytes during worship, or sing in the Youth Choir. On Sunday evenings, high schoolers grab a booth or a spot on the carpet monster for Sunday Night Live, 7-8:30 p.m.

ADULTS
We’re people who cherish a spirit of lifelong learning. Make both worship and learning a priority for your Sunday mornings. During the learning hour, find your way to the Chapel (main level) to meet a host of interesting people. Find the listing of classes for next week on the inside left cover of Connections, or the full schedule in the September Journey magazine.
