One of the joys of the holiday season is the music. Talented ensembles. Acclaimed choral performances and recitals. Music events are a gift from St. Paul to the community, welcoming area music lovers.

Nova Singers
Friday, Dec. 16, 7:30 p.m.
The Nova Singers’ Christmas concert is an annual tradition at St. Paul. Our sanctuary will bloom with songs of the season, thanks to this nationally-known vocal ensemble.
Nova Singers is a professional vocal ensemble under the direction of Dr. Laura Lane, known for its creative and moving programming and for the spirit and charm the singers bring to their music. Dr. Lane has been serving the greater Galesburg and Quad-Cities communities for over thirty years, bringing her passion for music and her expressive power to audiences and singers alike.

Big River Brass Band Holiday Concert
Sunday, Dec. 18, 3 p.m.
Join the Big River Brass Band for an afternoon of your favorite holiday classics, featuring organist Chris Nelson. This year’s program will feature special guest, renowned trumpet soloist Rex Richardson.
The Big River Brass Band is a group of dedicated brass and percussion players from the Quad Cities.
The concert is free (donations accepted).

Choirs for Christmas
Sunday morning, Dec. 25, on KWQC
Choirs and ensembles from all across the Quad Cities filmed in the St. Paul Sanctuary for a KWQC program called Choirs for Christmas to air on Christmas Day.
