Sunday school kids to create blessing bags

Mission | February 24, 2016

Lenten blessing bags are an annual tradition at St. Paul, where children age 3-12th grade bring items to Sunday school, then put them together in bags to be distributed to others.

This year, the bags will be distributed to neighborhood families experiencing homelessness, including those at Madison Elementary School and J.B. Young K-8.

Items to bring:

Feb. 28: Lip balm, lotion, or band-aids.

March 6: Baby wipes, deodorant, or mouthwash.

*Nylon drawstring bags, new or gently used, are a welcome addition.
